The neighboring forest was purchased by the owners of the hotel in Ortisei in order to give the many animals, which over the years found their home with the family, a place to live. One could easily say that Hotel Panider Sattel has become a small zoo where you can observe hopping rabbits as well as peacefully grazing deer.
