Steam works wonders – a fact that was already known to the ancient Romans. Come experience how steam can make your skin feel distinctly better, how your muscles become relaxed, and your body is detoxified. Steam frees your respiratory tract, and helps in case of hay fever, colds and bronchitis.
The delicate steam develops in an ideal combination of warmth (approx. 45 °C) and moisture (100% relative humidity), indulging the entire body, for a great spa experience in the Dolomites.
Our Luis Trenker infrared cabin is decorated with a picture of Luis Trenker and features a ski as a doorknob. To many, the infrared cabin is even more agreeable than the sauna. Infrared radiation is a proven healing method for many ailments. Circulation is activated and bacteria and viruses are killed off. Light therapy is known for its positive effects on the psyche, as it strengthens and relaxes the nervous system.
